The Performance Management Center is a collaborative effort directed by Dr. Florence DiGennaro Reed from the Department of Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas and Dr. Michael Strouse, Chief Executive Officer and President of Community Living Opportunities, Inc. The goals of the center are to measure, analyze, and use performance, key process, and quality outcome data to improve services and better advance the mission of Community Living Opportunities, Inc. The primary outcome is to improve the lives of the consumers served by enabling, empowering, and supporting employees and volunteers delivering services.
The Performance Center analyzes and shares information, and collaboratively researches, develops, and implements strategies for evidence-based continuous performance improvement. Key process and outcome measures for CLO services are analyzed and shared in real time using web-based performance management software, developed by Spider Technologies. Dr. DiGennaro Reed and members of her KU team work with Dr. Michael Strouse and key managers and clinicians at CLO.
