Step One: Online Survey Monkey Application
First, you'll submit an application via our online link. The process takes approximately 5 minutes.
Step Two: Selection Process
Your information will then be reviewed by a member of our staffing team, and if there is a match between your credentials or experience and an open position, a staffing partner will contact you by telephone or e-mail. If you are not selected for a telephone screen or an in-person interview, your resume and application will be kept on file, for up to one year, for future reference.
Step Three: The Interview
Once you are selected for a telephone screen or an in-person interview, you’ll be contacted. Telephone screen interviews are a good way to discuss your qualifications and any other details that might be helpful for our staffing office to note. If there is a close match between your skills and the position, the next step may be to schedule you for an interview.
Step Five: The Offer
If the hiring manager feels that you would be a good match for the position, the hiring manager or HR staffing member will contact you directly to make an offer. In the time before your start date, you’ll come to one of our office locations to complete pre-hire paperwork and show proof of your authorization to work in the United States. You will also complete a non-invasive drug screen, health assessment and TB skin test. Backgrounds will also be run prior to your first shift with our individuals.
Step Six: Training
All necessary training is provided upon hire, in the form of online, in-class, and on-the-job training.
